Can I bring my pets when I move in at DLI projects?

Yes! Certain breed of dogs, cats and other pets are allowed be in any of DataLand Residential projects. There are guidelines on the turnover kit to know this better. Property management of our residential project may require registration of pets to ensure there safety and well being as well.

Do I own the units I buy at DLI?

Yes. Units at DLI are perpetual ownership, the condo unit will be yours forever or without a set end date. Homebuyers who purchase a perpetual ownership condo can occupy it for as long as they like. Due to perpetual ownership, the homebuyers' legitimate successors can inherit the property after their passing.

Can foreign nationalities own a condominium unit at DataLand?

Yes. Foreigners are prohibited from owning land in the Philippines, but can legally own a residence like condominium units. The Philippine Condominium Act allows foreigners to own condo units, as long as 60% of the building is owned by Filipinos.
